Robert and Romeo were very efficient and professional, answered all our questions. They put in the electrical parts of our new sun porch which required routing new cables outside and inside. We were very pleased with the results!
The crew boss quickly diagnosed the problem and made the fix. A broken grounding post stuck in one of the ports of a power strip caused the GFI outlet to trip, shutting down the series of outlets in 3 bathrooms and 1 outside. They removed the broken post from the power strip, reset the GFI, and all outlets were back in operation. I think he took 10 minutes to figure it out and make the fix. Efficiency like that only comes from the combination of thorough knowledge and experience.
