I want to thank Cheryl because this review is long overdue. I was torn between selling my home or renting it out, and after initially planning to sell, I ultimately trusted Cheryl to help me rent it instead. When I say the process was incredibly fast, educational, and easy, I truly mean it. She handled all the heavy lifting, walked me through every step, and brought me multiple strong candidates. We ended up choosing the very first applicant because they were the perfect fit. As a first-time landlord, I was nervous, but Cheryl made this one of the easiest experiences I have ever had. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. In a market that is neither fully a buyer’s nor a seller’s market, her expertise really stood out. I am beyond grateful for her professionalism, efficiency, and guidance, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or rent their home.

Cheryl is an Amazing realtor! I have sold 2 homes and purchased 1 home with Cheryl. The purchase of my last home was a bit stressful as I had a very slim timeline between having to get out of my current apartment and when the house, (new construction), would be available to move in. Cheryl was able to get the process streamlined with the perfect move in date, along with helping calm my nerves as I was just a bit stressed out. I Highly recommend Cheryl and would reach back out for her services if I were to ever purchase another property.
