My wife and I used Brenda to help sell my first home in Pflugerville as part of a work relocation. She was excellent all around and has a straight forward approach to handling business - wastes no time. She was very clear in instructions of how to stage my home and she hired professional photographers to come shoot the home. Needless to say, the pictures came out fantastic, my home had a pile of interest on Zillow + Redfin and a continuous stream of potential buyers. I also appreciated that Brenda had a "good feel" for the Market during the interest rate climbing times. We were nervous that we were listing too high - but she persuaded us to stick to a higher asking. Ultimately, our home ended up in a multiple offers situation and sold above asking within 2 weeks - all while being listed at one of the most challenging times in recent history for sellers. Brenda did excellent and definitely guided us through the entire process. In summary, Brenda understands the Home Market and knows exactly how to generate a pile of interest in your home.

10/10 we recommend Brenda Burke. We were first time home buyers and moving from out of state. What could have been a very stressful process was actually exciting and enjoyable because of Brenda. She answered all of our questions and more. She digs deep to make sure you are getting all the information on the properties you are interested in. We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we were making an informed decision and getting the best deal possible. She got us into an area that we didn’t even think was an option for us and it was in our budget. Seriously we can’t thank her enough! We love our house and our neighborhood and we are so grateful we found Brenda! 💕

Brenda was absolutely amazing during the home buying experience. We definitely recommend contacting Brenda and her team, even if you are purchasing your home new through a builder like we did. My wife and I recently purchased our first home with Brenda. She guided us through every step of the process as we purchased our home, and she was extremely knowledgeable in translating the confusing parts about home ownership. She checked in on us often, gave advice along the way, attended meetings and calls with us and the seller, and even followed up with the seller to make sure that tasks to be completed post-sale were addressed.
