Lady on the phone talks too much. She's rude. She's condescending and she cut me off. I'm not unnecessarily scheduling tours with somebody and you're not the only employee in that office. Other people could schedule tours. If you only have one person conducting tours, you're not the type of person I want to rent from anyway, okay. I am a businessman. Time is of the essence. I do not have weeks to wait around for you to figure out what you're going to do. Literally all kinds of luxury apartments and houses and condos around here. That'll rent to me in the same day and you want a lollygack for like a week and blow my ear off on the phone. I'm not doing that. Enjoy your first one star.

Danny Salomon was an absolute dream to work with. She handled every detail and issue, small and large, for us and was always available to answer any questions we had. It was difficult to manage a sale in Cedar Park, TX from out of state, but Danny made it happen smoothly. She went above and beyond to run by the house to meet with utility companies, repair men, construction teams, and even checked on the property during severe weather conditions. She also helped us out with recommendations for contractors needed. She was always polite, courteous and pleasant on the phone, and made it easy for us to communicate our concerns and needs.
