My partner and I have been with Mars Hill for coming up on 2 years now and will be renewing for a 3rd. Tosalyn Sellers has been our go-to liaison for any Mars Hill communication and she's been nothing but awesome this whole time. Very accommodating, understanding, and just a nice person all-around. Never thought I'd see myself leaving a five-star review for a property management company, but I can't deny they've been the easiest and best to work with compared to several others in the area I've worked with in the past. 10/10 would recommend.

Val is an amazing property manager. My very first rental and she made it a breeze. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and any questions we had, she answered them. 10/10!!

Bree had been kind and always willing to help us as we rented through Mars Hill. Deeply appreciated her kindness and follow ups as we had to move to a new state and had to close our lease through calls and emails . She was always keeping us in the loop and we will miss working with her.

We have changed our property management to Mars Hills about 6 months back. We worked with Mandy Forbis( business development associate), property managers, Wes and Tosalyn. They are very prompt in taking care of the issues and always available. They were also able to find tenants in a short period. Thank you all for great team work.
