I have lived at Bluffs Landing for 4 years. I’ve been very happy. I also feel safe. The manager, Maricela has always been helpful, friendly, and very approachable. Our maintenance worker, Manny, always takes care of every issue in a prompt and friendly manner. My apartment has so much room and I love living on the 3rd floor so I can see each nights sunset. Our Director of Resident Services, Dianela, is very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Also, this apartment complex is located in a great area of Round Rock. Close to everything.

I have lived at Bluffs Landing since 2021. All areas of this property have changed for the better! I specifically want to thank Maricella (present property manager) for her efforts , and how she systematically implemented and improved the quality of life for the residents! She has demonstrated patience, and compassion and gone above and beyond to assist! Additionally, the maintenance team has improved considerably under her leadership. Gabriel, an assistant supervisor of maintenance, is excellent, professional, compassionate, and systematically did an awesome job assuring ALL items were updated, specific items completed with excellence, and integrity! Thank you, Gabriel! There are many other wonderful team members involved, but recent hires such as Gabriel have made a positive impact! Manny has always done an excellent job, with Gabriel being an addition in the last 18 months. Thanks for hiring people who care about the residents! It really DOES make a difference!
I lived at this apartment complex for 4 years and was very happy there. My apartment was 1 bedroom but was roomy and comfortable. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state
I had a blind client that lives here. She's pretty happy
I went and looked but I will never live in a place with indoor trash chutes again. No thank you.
My Mother lives here, I visit and help her often. There’s a few things I wish management would address. 1)A young man using disabled front parking near building 3 - Toyota Corolla license GR8 N8, how great can he be if he doesn’t know to park further away so those that can’t walk or have troubles doing so can park up front? I have literally been blocked walking between two cars because he was parked there and next to him in the white striped lines was a disabled person who had to park in between because they couldn’t walk that far. This is ridiculous and must be dealt with. Update: advised they have a handicap sign however, he is a young 30 year old man, and well able to walk. There must be priority for those that can’t walk well to have the handicap parking based on physical abilities. Not only a handicap pass. 2)loud and late night smokers - once I stayed over to bring woke up to loud talking at 2am recently. I assume one of the smokers may have had a fun night, could we do it quieter? I think the recent influx of new tenements here are louder and there’s been some more police and emergency activity here than there used to be. It seemed quieter and safer in years past 3)Third floor and second floor residents must be reminded of there banging etc. I understand there are elderly possible sundowners residents staying up all night long and with different hours, but everyone must still be mindful there are people living below you. Multiple times while visiting I’ve heard banging throughout the night. There has to be a quiet 10p-6a time enforcement At this point, I’d feel safer if they had security doing rounds My mom and every elderly person here deserves better from us. They worked hard in their lives and deserve a peaceful and accommodating environment and parking situation. Also, I think they should have nightly trash pick up. Most apartments offer this, how much more should it be offered in an elderly community. Please and thank you.
