We had the best experience at BJ’s thanks to our server, Alexander. He went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday dinner feel truly special. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. His service was excellent the entire night, and he made sure our daughter felt celebrated. We couldn’t have asked for a better server or a better experience. Thank you, Alexander, for making her birthday unforgettable!
Grace was wonderful to my friends and I! She made sure the drinks were always topped and cared about the quality of the food. She was also very knowledgeable on all of the food items which made it easy for me to feel comfortable ordering something different.
Grace made us feel welcomed from the start. She ended up giving me life advice about my broken marriage because I wasn’t feeling well. I came back to write this review because she saved my marriage. Not only was the service great but she saved my life.

BJ’s is one of my favorite restaurants to come and dine in. The food was delicious! The entrees and desserts were served in a timely manner. Our waiter DeMonte was such a great server, attentive and friendly! Will always come back for more.
I wasn't expecting world class dining. $75 for two people for lunch should not have been this bad. The order was screwed up, the actual food was late to the table, cold, and just not good. The menus were dirty. The amber beer is the reason I gave it at least 2 stars.
Today's service was exceptionally slow. I dont know what went wrong or there were promises kids there or what... We got there around 7pm tonight. Waited for our table for what seemed like 30+ minutes.. we didn't get a table until 745pm.. and only after we asked the front desk person a couple times.. we got to table and waited more. We didn't get to order and receive our food (Caesar salad) until 8pm.. kid ordered mini corn dogs+fruit, I ordered crispy Korean style chicken sandwich, and a Sante Fe Salad. The black cherry soda was out today also.. so we ordered 2 root beers instead. The food was just okay. They used to shave their parmesan cheese for the Caesar Salad.. but not anymore. Also the food took A LOOONG time to come out despite what we ordered.. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that their slow service was caused by kids coming in for their prom dinner etcetc.. this time's experience wasn't the greatest...
