My wife & I had an incredible experience at Bitelo. The food was outstanding. Favorites were the lamb chops and of course the picanha. The fried bananas were very yummy and the bread bites were incredible. Key lime pie was also terrific. Best of all, the entire staff was so caring and attentive, made us feel like celebrities. Will definitely be coming back!
Save room for the shrimp. Bottom. Round is my favorite. Excellent salad bar as well.
We had dinner here with a group and it felt like a 5 star restaurant. Pulling out our chairs, very attentive, the food was hands down the best food! It was clean and fresh and everyone was so friendly! If you have any doubts you shouldn't this place is fantastic!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and welcoming it immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with care and authenticity. You can tell this place takes pride in delivering a true Brazilian experience, and it shows in every bite. What really took everything to the next level was the customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond without being overbearing, which is rare and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for amazing food paired with exceptional service, this place is on another level. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Smaller size than some of the larger Brazilian restaurant chains, but PLENTY of food and choices. Not crowded. Excellent service. They made us feel special. And bartender created a drink for me that wasn't on menu that was delicious.
A fantastic local Austin gem. The service is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The atmosphere is very nice, with trendy lighting and an interesting choice of music. I will definitely be coming back
In 2023 a Cedar Park restaurant named, Bitelo, opened it's doors to the public. Which is a Brazilian steakhouse that is known for doing a table service type of buffet which brings tons of different types of steak to you if your card is up, which you get when entering. Bitelo is a great place to go to with family, or on a date. But they open late near dinner, approximately at 4 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 12 on the other days, but Tuesday they're closed. Bitelo has great tasting meat, great service, and awesome taste. It's definitely a great place to go to for a date, or family time. Reservations are allowed. Dine in and takeout are available. Out of all the different items you can have, you cannot forget about their salad bar or filet mignon. Everything had a beautiful taste to it. But as meat can age and oxidize after being cut, it can lose it's flavour and feeling after some time. But most of everything is definitely worth it.
So, made a reservation to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. So, the website clearly states a dress code of business casual, minimum. When I called to make a reservation I specifically asked about the dress code, was told that was the dress code, no jeans or t-shirts. We are seated and table close to us, people wearing jeans. 5 minutes later they seat the table next to us, guy wearing jeans and t-shirt, lady wearing short shorts and a tank top. REALLY??? The salad bar was good and the steak was on par with any other Brazilian Steakhouse we have been to. Ordered key lime pie for dessert, was not made in house, key lime flavor was very mild, definitely came from commercial food suppliers.
My family has been here several times and it is our go-to spot for Brazilian. I have been to most of the other steakhouses (including Fogo de Chao), this is the best. Not only is it the most local, but you seriously can't beat how amazing the staff is. So attuned to your every need. Food is amazing of course, this place is worth every penny.
