Ray is the best maintenance person at bexley, every time that I have an issue at my apartment she comes really quick and helps me with the issue. Thank you Ray

I just wanted to leave a review specifically for Olivia because she truly deserves the recognition. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive. She’s professional, friendly, and always takes the time to actually help instead of just rushing you off. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and making sure things get handled the right way. It’s rare to come across someone who is both knowledgeable and approachable, but Olivia does a great job balancing both. If you ever get the chance to work with Olivia while living here, you’ll be in great hands.

I toured these apartments last week with Alma and she was GREAT! She really highlighted the amazing amenities and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be coming back to apply when I am ready to move.

Update 01/31/26 We are still here and loving it!.. we are very impressed with our new management. They have given Bexley a whole new look, fresh paint for the inside and outside, new flooring throughout the whole building and landscaping. It looks so beautiful. We love the staff, Office staff is very helpful. This new staff has been very transparent on everything going on, sometimes all it takes is letting the residents know, we love communication…So polite at all times to us. Maintenance is always amazing, always willing to go beyond to help, so polite. They go and go all day to get things done. They are out there in 100 degrees to freezing, we love them. The parking issue.. yes parking is tight, not a lot they can do. This is what they got when it was built. To me the biggest issue with it is some people have 2,3,4 cars. There is parking right outside the gates on Satellite View and on College Park Dr. it is really on the residents. ( Parking in handicap because you can’t or won’t find a spot is NOT ok ). The biggest issue I see is people won’t pick up after their dogs, it’s your responsibility to do it. Overall I give a 5 star, it is really a good place to live, we feel very safe, very quiet ( most students are nursing students, no time to party ).Residents are a good mix between professionals, students and us old people. WE LOVE IT HERE… Update 7/9/24 I want to give another update. We've been here a few years now and still love it. There has been some updating of paint, carpet and landscape. Just typical Wear with weather and age. Speedbumps are going in soon. Office staff in ALWAYS friendly and responsive. Maintenance is amazing, very hard working. We have a new gentleman name Jerome who is so polite, so welcome to our our community. Our community events are very creative and fun. Last one was live music and s'more. Overall we love it here. Great job Bexley!!! review 1/16/23 I did a review when we first moved in and it was good, I want to give another view because we have been here 1 1/2 years now. We are retired military and was looking for something close to work, NO YARD work and feel safe. We have found it at Bexley Round Rock!. The apartments are very nice, the kitchen is so nice. Noise is very low, I have not seen or heard of any crime issues, I know we have a few first responders on property. We feel very safe!. Maintenance is on point, we have never had to wait more then a day for anything. Super friendly staff, I don't know all the names but they all work so hard. Blue has never left a question unanswered. I would like to point out Mona, she works so hard to keep out buildings and grounds very clean. its is very much appreciated. Now the face front of Bexley, The office staff is very nice and is always willing to help. I do love the fact they have community get togethers quite often. I guess if I have to say anything I would like to see different is less issues with the gates (all fairness it's the people who fix's it) and the parking is not the best for some, personally it's when no parking is open people use the handicap and that's an issue for some. After reading my review a part was left out. Our maintenance supervisor Blue goes above and beyond every day for us. He is everywhere, day and night. Blue is always so helpful, always willing to lean a helping hand. He is that guy that " Where there's a will there's a way" person. He has never let us down even if I ask stupid questions, he just smiles and gets the job done. Definitely one of the reasons Bexley is a nice place to live. My reasoning for this review is because I have seen people ask about how it is, what's the vibe like etc... Also, I believe if you provide a good service, you should be recognized for it. First review! Moved in a month ago, could not be happier. Kayla & Patrick definitely made the move so much easier on us. The whole vibe of the complex is good. Very friendly. Please give them a look at.
