Rooms are mid, breakfast is sub minimum, location is not convenient.

in room 121s shower there was blood stains in the curtains,the thing saying which was hot and cold was wrong resulted in me getting burned and there’s weird black stuff on all the ceilings and the people afe ALL sketchy.

this is the worst experience we had here, trash everywhere in the room, bugs/spiders on the floor and bed bugs, water stains in the carpet. Honestly I would not recommend this, please move further to another location or one with more attention to detail.

If Dollar Tree had a motel, this would be it. I am usually happy with Best Westerns, but this Best Western is only a Best Western in name and more like a Motel 6 or Roadway Inn.

Next to train tracks resulting noise. Shower curtain was not there when checked in but provided once requested. Used pillow case on sofa, garbage cans had no bag, faucet handle was loose. Breakfast includes sausage/eggs/fruits/bread/yogurt/coffee/juice. Not a 3-star hotel. Should be 2-star. Next time, will stay at holiday inn express.
