Highly recommend them for cleaning drapes. They look perfect and took extra pains with a dirty area where our dog rubbed on them. Very nice couple who provide an excellent service!!

I have used Austin Specialty Cleaners for many years now and they always do a wonderful job. They are experts at cleaning and removing dog urine from hand-tied rugs as well as cleaning drapery and furniture. I highly recommend their services.

Austin Specialty Cleaners (ASP) came highly recommended for cleaning our linen sofa. After the first cleaning it had serious water spots and areas that felt sticky. They cleaned it a second time and it was worse. I requested someone else to clean it and someone with more experience cleaned it. It still had "browning" and water stains. The company I use for cleaning our carpets was out cleaning the carpets. He looked at the sofa with me and thought he could help remove the stains from ASP. He cleaned just the problem areas that ASP created. They were improved greatly. He didn't charge me because he knew ASP charged me over $400.00. I do not have any issues with ASP regarding how they interacted with me - they were polite and professional. They should have told me they didn't feel comfortable cleaning a "white sand" colored linen sofa, rather than messing it up. If it wasn't for the other cleaning company fixing their work my next call would have been to an upholstery company to have the sofa reupholstered. I would suggest being wary of having them clean linen upholstered furniture.
KC and his team brought our rug back to life after a pet mess. They were fast and professional. In addition, I accidentally went out of town and left my rug for two weeks after the proposed pick up date - no issue, they were very accommodating!!
