Our experience with Austin Outdoor Living Group was outstanding! The owner, Noelalee, led the design effort for our project. She was exceptional and kept us from making wrong decisions. Our project was unique. Replace an outside staircase and expand 6x the upstairs balcony. They also put a roof over a bridge/ramp that goes from the house to the garage. Both were challenging due to the geometry, changes in grade, and unique design. Noelalee ensured the end product was to code and made sure we understood, and made, the best decisions on materials. Bubba, the onsite supervisor, was fantastic with his expertise, attention to detail. and follow through. Two of my engineering friends are very impressed. Guests can only say WOW! Their bid was fair and they were flexible as the project evolved. The design we approved is exactly what we ended up with. No cost overruns. We are very happy with the results.
