I needed small colorful rocks for an art projects and I was able to find them here, more beautiful than I expected. They were happy to help even though I just needed a small amount of rocks., I looked around and saw an awesome variety of stones and rocks and boulders of all kinds and they were quite happy to answer any questions. Lazy employees.Drove with a rental truck to pick up soil, but they were closed at 3pm even though they say they are open until 5pm! Pathetic professionals!
Came in for help; however, the lady at the front desk told me they could not help load 1,000 pounds of gravel. I said I could try another place, and she said that would be good. I’m not sure why they would have a person at the front desk turning away customers. I have liked this place in the past, but this was a bit rough. Perhaps it’s just a rough morning?
Very bad experience today , went in and a guy quoted me price for Austin river rock in 70,s , but at the tof finalizing quite the guy was gone and a lady sitting at the desk quoted me 85 $ per yard , very weird experience

Poor communication with their customers. Changed the system for contractors without prior notification. That's not how loyal customers should be treated.

Fast, friendly service and great selection! I’ve made a few trips here for sandy loam and masonry sand for leveling my yard. It’s worth extra price to get the product in bags so I don’t have to shovel it into the wheelbarrow and push it around the yard.
