295 from neighborsOffice was clean. Had some toys my son could play with while waiting. Waiting time was not bad. We called in right on our time. Doctor was very nice and gentle with my child and DA as well. Thank you!
My son got an exceptional care. All the staff were awesome 👌 Appreciate y'all
My kids and I have always had great experiences with the staff and Dr. Gillham, DDS. I am extremely grateful for their patience and interactions with my kids, it has help with their dental anxiety a lot! Especially when it comes to procedures. Will always recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office for their children.
Staff is friendly and helpful! The doctor is wonderful explains everything and the proceedure outcome was great! No pain or complications for our little man! Thank you!! Highly recommend 👌
The receptionist and all of the other staff were amazing they went above and beyond everyone was very sweet and helpful with my younger daughter But the dentist was very unprofessional got nose to nose with my daughter and screamed in her face because she got scared and started crying then he told me he wasn’t to work on her and reward her “bad behavior “ if she didn’t stop crying. Very unprofessional this is a children’s dentist office obviously kids cry sometimes!
Dentist and staff were great! They made my daughter feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.
Best place to go for any kind of Dental issues.
Great with my kids, very friendly staff!
The front desk staff need improvement in their approach and customer interaction. They often appear unwelcoming, with dismissive expressions and attitude. This matters because the front office represents the entire practice. Their behavior sets the tone for patient experience and can influence whether patients return or refer others. In nursing and healthcare, we’re trained that patient care begins the moment someone walks in the door. Customer service isn’t optional — it is essential. A warm greeting, eye contact, and respectful communication can make a significant difference. Improving front desk professionalism and customer service could greatly enhance the overall image of the practice and help prevent loss of patients.
