Awful experience with the front desk's communication!! I have 3 daughters enrolled and when my middle daughter aged into the big gym, my youngest was no longer wanting to continue without her. At the beginning of January I told front desk I wanted to drop her out and she explained I would unfortunately have to pay the remainder of the month which I lamented, but understood. When I got charged AGAIN in February I told the same girl I had talked to that they charged me and she said I was supposed to fill out a form and there was nothing they could do. I asked why she didn't give me the form in the first place and while she admitted her mistake she said they wouldn't give any refund so now I have paid for 2 months of classes that haven't been attended. Will be withdrawing all 3 of my girls because of this shady business practice. Coaches are amazing especially Coach Roxy, Coach Teri & Coach Raleigh. It's unfortunate they have such an incompetent person as their main line of communication.
