After dealing with my home warranty and 3 other A/C companies, I was extremely frustrated. It was a week and a half of fighting, misinformation, and high quotes, Mike to the rescue! He came out and assessed the situation. He explained everything in detail, did not try and charge me for anything upfront, traded in my compressor, and had it working within a few hours, even better than it did before! I don't have anything negative to say and a lot of positives. Mike was professional, polite, on time, and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate breaking down all of the costs. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The best A/C company I've ever dealt with. Mike was upfront and honest about the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional. He even provided me with a temporary AC unit while we were waiting on replacement parts. I highly recommend this company.

A friend sent me to Mike at 1431 A/C & Heating, and I’m glad they did. I called about replacing our old unit, and Mike had a sleek, high-efficiency system installed the very next day. The workmanship is top-notch, it runs whisper-quiet, and our house is now perfectly cool. Fast, professional, and genuinely friendly—highly recommend!

I had a complete new AC and heating system replaced. It was time for that to happen. I kept putting it off due to the expense I was going to have to put out. I got several quotes from different outfits from this area. I went with Mike's AC & Heating. His price was reasonable and affordable for me. I made a wise decision . Mike finished the job in about 6 hours. He had to climb upstairs many times to get to the furnace. He never let up and never looked out of energy. He wasted no time throughout the day during the work. He took the time to stop and explain what he was doing. He was polite, patient, and friendly. I would hire him again.

I first called out Mike and 1431 AC in 2006 and have been using him ever since. Not only does he know how to get your systems to work right the first time, but he is extremely fair, honest, and reasonable with his service and pricing. Today, the air handler he replaced for me would have cost me several thousands more with another company. He only fixes what is needed. On a few occasions talked me out of spending more on items I thought I might need replaced and he told me it was not necessary. He could have easily made a lot more money, but since he shoots straight, he advised me otherwise. If you are looking for a straight shooter who is extremely fair and well priced, I cannot recommend anyone higher than 1431 AC and Mike.
