About the role
5 hours (30-min unpaid meal break) Primary Purpose: Follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. This is to fill in for staff absences or assist as needed for special events. THIS IS AN ON-CALL, AS-NEEDED POSITION.
WORK IS NOT GUARANTEED EVERY DAY. Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.
Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies. Ability to lift 30 pounds.
