About the role

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing-related issues
• Repair, patch, texture, and finish drywall as needed
• Prepare surfaces and perform interior and exterior painting projects
• Assist with electrical repairs and maintenance in accordance with safety standards
• Assemble, install, and repair fixtures, furniture, doors, locks, and hardware

What you'll bring

• Must be 18 years of age or older 3 years of previous maintenance technician experience Experience in general building maintenance or handyman services
• Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, and painting
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
