About the role

What you'll do

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms

What you'll bring

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace
• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
