The bleach they use is inferior and if you want the bleach that actually works they charge you extra. They hire people expecting them to automatically know the salon’s expectations but never show them what they expect or how to correct a mistake. They are rude and extremely unprofessional
I loved the work they did, completely satisfied. Very professional from the start to the end. If you want even better work than what you wish for, definitely this is the place you are looking for. Callie it’s the sweetest person ever, most attentive and her service is amazing. I will definitely come back and recommend to everybody I know about this place. Plus they have a HUGE amazing clothing store inside the salon too✨😍

Had a wonderful experience at Western Blonde with Kayleigh! My color touch-up came out beautiful and she gave me a gorgeous cut and blow-out style. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! I look forward to returning!
I had what was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had, and after spending $580 and more than 4.5 hours at Western Blonde, I feel obligated to warn other people. I do want to say the staff was nice and I was offered a drink or any snacks. I definitely should've taken the snack part into consideration if I knew I would be there that long. I originally booked to go blonder with natural lowlights blended in, but was told I had booked the wrong service and switched to a $406 color appointment. I agreed because I specifically booked with a top-level educator/manager and trusted her expertise. Despite that, most of my service was done by assistants in training. The stylist I booked with only checked in occasionally, as she was also tending to other clients and did not complete my service, also didn't even come see the final result or say goodbye before I left. Throughout the appointment, things were constantly being dropped around me, which made the environment feel chaotic during such a long service. During the wash, my jacket was completely soaked and no one acknowledged it. The appointment lasted from 9:40 AM to 2:15 PM, and even blow-drying dragged on so long that I had to ask them to stop styling and just finish so I could leave. At checkout, my total came to $524 before tip, including $79 for trimming about 4 inches and $50 for a "lifting product." These charges were never communicated or approved ahead of time, which is not acceptable at this price point. I was also told I would receive an emailed receipt, which I never got until I had to call to receive it the next day. The final result also was not what I asked for. I requested dimensional blonde with blended lowlights, but my hair came out noticeably more yellow/orange and flat with none of the dimension I discussed. I unfortunately have found the salon has a no-refund policy, leaving me stuck paying for a result I didn't ask for and a service I largely did not receive from the stylist I originally booked. I chose not to call and ask them to "fix" it because when this many things go wrong in one appointment, I don't feel comfortable giving the same salon another opportunity to make the same mistakes twice. Afterwards, I also saw another Yelp review describing a very similar experience, which makes this feel like a pattern rather than an isolated incident. Based on how the owner has responded to other critical reviews, I expect I'll likely receive a reply explaining why my experience was "incorrect," but this was my actual experience as a paying client and it deserves to be shared. Between the lack of communication, unexpected charges, chaotic environment, soaked jacket, missing receipt, minimal involvement from the stylist I booked, and a result that didn't match what I asked for, I genuinely cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning.
Beware beware - they add junk fees to your bill without telling you upfront! Credit card processing fee, “product fee”, “green fee”. And when I asked why my bill was higher than my service plus tip the checkout girl says “oh, that’s taxes” I had to ask to see my receipt. Come on, treat your customers better than this!

Amber did an amazing job and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect! The salon is so cute and everyone was so welcoming - I would highly recommend booking here!!
