I will preface my review with the fact that every member of staff i interacted with except for the woman who cut my hair was very kind and fantastic, and the service was quick.I came in not long ago to get a trim. I don't have a terrific hairline, and asked to conceal it. I asked for clipper work on the sides and the back and to leave some length on top. I realized after the fact little to no cutting was done at the guard length (3 guard) I asked for, and as a matter of fact, I don't believe I really got anything but scissor work. i I still had baby hairs left over after the cut was finished. I did my best to politely make it clear I did not like my haircut, and I was informed I was going to be charged for a haircut and a half to buzz the rest in order to try and rectify the less than satisfactory cut I received, to which I said was fine. I ended up not doing this as the woman cutting my hair told me flat out "I don't think that will look good on you". I understand barber recommendation, but I buzz my head yearly in the summers and know exactly what I'm asking for. Then once I realized I'd be paying roughly over 40 dollars just for a buzz, I promptly just left the cut, paid and tipped, and went to sportsclips to get my head buzzed. Unfortunately I tried to be polite and talk to the woman cutting my hair and make small talk, and I was met with coldness, an incorrect haircut, and an apparent lack of desire to cut my hair. I know we all have our off days, but when I specifically ask you how your day has been and you tell me "slow" I would appreciate maybe more than the bare minimum on my haircut. Every one else I saw received wonderful cuts, but unfortunately the barber who cut my hair failed to deliver a quality of haircut consistent with the other barbers.
