Super careI. f you're looking for people who genuinely care, you've come to the right place. They are right on the issues, helpful. They remember your name. They all genuinely care about you and your well being.

I had a very disappointing experience at Village Medical with Dr. Ronak Ghiya, MD. I visited last week for a pink eye issue and was given the wrong prescription. When I used the eye drops they prescribed, both of my eyes became even more red and irritated. I called the next day to have it corrected but received no response. The staff told me I would have to wait up to three days before the doctor could review my message and send a new prescription. This was very frustrating and unacceptable for an issue that needs quick treatment. Now, due to the worsening of my symptoms and lack of timely care, I’m having to go to the emergency room. I will not be returning to this clinic. I hope the clinic improves their communication and patient care.

DR.GHIYA AND PA JENNIFER MULLICAN ARE NEGLIGENT, CRUEL PEOPLE!! STAY FAR AWAY!! They have no problem abruptly forcing you to go off of dangerous medication without any safe plan, even if you've been a compliant patient with one of their doctors for years who sadly had to retire. No help, no solutions, no suggestions, NO CARE, simply just told me THE DAY OF my appointment to not bother coming in and left me without any of my medications I had been on for 6 years. I ended up having a seizure and in the hospital! I have now taken steps towards legal action. Shame on all of you. Especially Dr.Ghiya and The PA Jennifer Mullican. They should have never taken the oath to "do no harm" if they aren't going to uphold it! Run away from this place, and fast!
