Well managed and organized , in and out and everyone is friendly.
The care and the reassurance that Dr Lucero and the especially the Ascension team provided to me was all I could ever pray for. Than you all so much! I was in great hands the whole time , me and my family greatly appreciate you!

Worst experience ever and I had not even made it into the office for a visit yet. I originally scheduled an appointment last November 2024 which took me 4 months of waiting to get in. Then i was contacted just before my appointment as they needed to reschedule because the Doctor was sick, which I understood. But when I needed to reschedule they made me wait another 4 months or so. I asked if they can make an exception and get me in sooner because this was not my fault and they simply replied there is nothing we can do. They didn't even try or ask the Doctor. Then my next appointment comes up and they cancel me again. I was so frustrated as how they treated me at the office on the 1st rescheduling in person that I decided to avoid this place all together on the second cancel. There after, the office rescheduled the appointment on my behalf which I did not request nor approve. Then I received a charge for $25 for a missed appointment on the 3rd appt they made. I have been in contact with the Ascension billing center since my first notice in July. No one contacts me back but i have made several calls to them every so often following up on the appeal to this charge as I did not make this appointment. Every one I speak to seams to restart the process, yet can see my original call, and then tells me that it has been elevated to the review Team. NOW, they say the office denies my appeal and has sent me to collections. This is absurd. Please pull back the charge and let the billing company know that this is not on me. An entire year. Treated as unimportant and then being charged for nothing I did. Please someone reach back out to me. I am tired of calling and trying to get this resolved.
