Jennifer at the front is a horrible person to talk to.. she doesn't know what type of insurance they take, and will be mean to you (yelling over the phone and arguing) also hangs up multiple times.. even if the Dr. Niak makes a plan with you they will turn around and tell you no with in a hour. Worst experience I've ever had with a dental office
Jennifer is very rude, she said she is not interested in helping people. She also said "I dont know of any dentists that have payment plans" and then, after speaking to the doc, he mentioned a lot of other places did have payment plans. The doc and I had a plan put together and then Jennifer just canceled it an hour after speaking to the the actual doc. No explanation no nothing. Do not recommend them at all and Jennifer needs a customer service class ASAP.
I absolutely love University Dental! I’ve been coming here for the past 16 years and plan to continue for as long as I’m in Central Texas 😊 Dr. Niknam and Dr. Naik are both incredible, personable, funny, and truly excellent at what they do. Natasha, the dental hygienist, is amazing as well! I always leave learning new tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. She’s so welcoming and makes every visit genuinely enjoyable! The front office staff greets you warmly the moment you walk in, which makes such a difference in any medical setting. Overall, it’s consistently a 10/10 experience. Thank y’all for everything you do!
Come here if you want dentists who truly care, take time to explain everything in a way you can understand, and make every visit a pleasant experience. They always make sure I’m comfortable and at ease (I have a very low pain tolerance), and they consistently make me feel like my experience genuinely matters. From start to finish, the whole team is kind, patient, and professional. I've had many dentists throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. Dr. Naik and Dr. Angela Niknam are rare gems!
I’ve been going to University Dental for over 10 years, and they are absolutely the best! The whole team is friendly, straightforward, and honest. They always take the time to listen to what I want and make me feel comfortable. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Have a long dental history with lots of ups and downs, psychologically hate going to Dentist. Dr Nikam's friendliness, warm demeanor and honest approach to things made my visit great. My first visit was thorough, with a full discussion of my history and a detailed professional exam that included me in as a participant. Even with work to be done was a very relaxed experience.
My parents, myself, and now my spouse have been getting work done here for as long as I can remember. This practice puts you and your comfort first, not their bottom line. I was genuinely shocked seeing how people were being treated elsewhere due to how amazing the staff here has been to me on every visit. I highly, *highly* recommend this office to anyone looking for a long-term dentist. For the procedures they cannot do, they have equally amazing practices they refer to.

Everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienists and dentists themselves, is incredibly friendly and professional. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions you might have. Both dentists are knowledgeable, gentle, and truly care about your dental health. Dr. Niknam is amazing!! She discovered an issue that many other dentists had missed. For that I am truly grateful! I highly recommend this dental practice.
I loved my experience at University Dental. Natasha was my dental assistant, and I cannot praise her enough! Super friendly and personable, as well as knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service, I 100% recommend University Dental!
