My experience was excellent. I usually visit the Pflugerville location, but since I couldn’t get an appointment there, I went to the Round Rock office instead, and I’m so glad I did. My interaction with Dr. Kevin Mendez was amazing. I’ve never had a dentist make me feel so comfortable. I needed a few procedures done, and thanks to how gentle he was, I didn’t feel any pain at all. The assistant who helped during my procedure was amazing as well, I just wish I had gotten her name. She walked me through each step of what Dr. Mendez was going to do and took the time to answer all of my questions. The front desk staff was also incredible, very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I can honestly say I love the Round Rock location, and that’s why I’m leaving this review!
