I made an order with 110 shirts and 50 hats. The quality of the design, printing, and embroidery was great. That's the good part. Here's the bad part. When I picked up my order, they told me that they shorted me some shirts and would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I kept waiting for Etiana to call or email and let me know when I could pick up the rest of the shirts. Months went by and I never heard from her. During that time, I discovered that a few of the hats were not the Richardson brand that I ordered. Not a huge deal so I figured that I could address this with them when I picked up the remaining shirts. 4 months went by and not a peep from TBI so I called and sent emails. I finally spoke to the manager and she said that since it has been 6 months, it's too late to make it right because I waited too long. Now it's been 7 months and they have not called me back or made it right. I understand that it's been a while, but they made the mistake in the first place, not me, and they were supposed to let me know when the rest of the shirts were ready for pick up. They still have not completed the order. For these reasons, they get a low rating.

Great place to get cloths and items to show school spirit to support the community of Liberty Hill. Lots of options and the owner and staff are great. We use them to print shirts and hats for our business and they are priced fairly and have a good turn around time. Go support local and check them out.
