Wanted to share the experience I had with this company. First, customer service, chefs kiss. Bridget was my first point of contact when I reached out for more information. She was polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. She got me scheduled in with no problems. Services I had done were dryer vent & chimney cleaning. David also did a great job. I am most thankful for this especially with this cold weather.

This is the best company! It starts at the top with the owners. They truly believe in doing great work for their customers and it shows through out every person that you work with. If you’re looking for chimney/air duct cleaning services, Top Hat is the place to call! After having a small grease fire in my kitchen I immediately called Top Hat Chimney Services in Taylor, TX to clean and disinfect my air ducts, intake vents, and inspect my house for further damages. After speaking with Summer she was able to get someone out to my home the very next day. Summer was understanding and prompt with getting my appointment setup. The next day Colton arrived on time and with a great attitude. He explained to me the process from start to finish and then immediately got to work. As he walked through the house he let me know in detail what it was he was going to do and even took pictures of the damages so I could send them to my landlord. Once Colton left, Summer contacted me immediately to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. And everything was, Colton did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing all of my air ducts. I let Summer know that the job was completed and everything was spotless. Summer followed up later that day with all of the documents and pictures I needed to send to my landlord. I am very appreciative of Summer’s prompt follow-up and both her and Colton’s exceptional and outstanding customer service and prompt follow-up. I will absolutely be using Top Hat for all of my future air duct cleaning needs!
