After having a small grease fire in my kitchen I immediately called Top Hat Chimney Services in Taylor, TX to clean and disinfect my air ducts, intake vents, and inspect my house for further damages. After speaking with Summer she was able to get someone out to my home the very next day. Summer was understanding and prompt with getting my appointment setup. The next day Colton arrived on time and with a great attitude. He explained to me the process from start to finish and then immediately got to work. As he walked through the house he let me know in detail what it was he was going to do and even took pictures of the damages so I could send them to my landlord. Once Colton left, Summer contacted me immediately to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. And everything was, Colton did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing all of my air ducts. I let Summer know that the job was completed and everything was spotless. Summer followed up later that day with all of the documents and pictures I needed to send to my landlord.
