“UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW” Love most everything about the Trails at Carmel Creek. Beautiful property, nice apartments & cottages, the fact that we FINALLY have a full time manager who is doing a great job, and the BEST maintenance man ever. However, corporate seems to ignore us over their larger properties. They do nothing for us as far as community events or anything else! We have begged for a Community Meeting with someone from Corporate for 3 years, and every time one is scheduled, it is cancelled. We really need someone from Corporate to come meet with us. We have a lot to discuss. ***UPDATE 1/26/24*** The above review was sent 6 months ago and was meant to be a positive review! It IS a beautiful property! The Cottages & apartments ARE very nice and spacious! The residents are great, and because it’s a smaller complex, it’s like a big family! We DO have a GREAT full time manager now, and a GREAT maintenance man! The improvements to the property and the availability of having a full time manager to communicate with are noticeable and very much appreciated. We have lived here since the property opened in 2015, and plan to stay. The comments regarding Corporate (DMA Properties-Owners and Management Company) are just facts. It is what it is. I would highly recommend this property to any active, independent seniors looking for a place to take part in the community.

I've been living her since 2016! The place is beautiful. I've only had one incident with another person living here. I stay to myself mind my own business. This tenant by the name of Vickie is in everyone business she thinks she own the building. But everything else i love the location around food places 😋 other shopping and close to downtown Hutto.. Gerberta Ransom (Aka) Ms.G I give a 5 star even with the incident Paula the apt manager is AWESOME Carlos is a great maintenance 👏🏽 person
I am very happy with the changes that have been done lately . A business place like this that offers a great living experience should began with the first time you open your doors to the public with a welcoming atmosphere and I now feel that you have accomplished that now, Great Job .
