I called the Plumbinator for the first time this week to check for a leak that two other plumbers I called could not find/diagnose. They were recommended by the company that installed my water softener system. Bree got me booked for 10AM the next day. Mickey and Steve arrived promptly at 10AM and were able to find the leak and diagnose the issue that two other Master plumbers were unable to sus out. They did it in ten minutes! They then showed me the issue and created a long-term solution to a problem caused by the plumbing subcontractor the home builder used 26 years ago. Mickey and Steve were a delight to speak with throughout the process.

We'll never use another plumber after working with these guys. I was worried we'd need to replace our bathrooms after two separate leaks started happening. These guys came, drilled holes and tried to recreate the leaks but concluded that the leaks were just a result of excess water going through the grout and not faulty pipes. They spent ages with us and never charged us since there was no leak to fix. They even gave us tips to protect our pipes in the freeze and prevent them breaking! A really genuine and trustworthy company with knowledgeable plumbers. We will definitely use them when we do decide to replace our bathrooms!
