I went to the lounge based on their reviews. I got one of the worst haircuts at this place. I had this very nice beard and ask the barber to trim it down a little. When he was done it looked like crap!!! Absolute worst barber shop!! The reviews for this place must be from family and friends. Michael was my barber dude was cutting my hair leaning on the wall. He did not want to be there. I was so pissed I went somewhere else to get that shitty haircut fixed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and really paid attention to detail. Customer service stood out the most—they made sure I was comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered perfectly. Highly recommend!
Great barbershop with a chill vibe and super friendly staff. The shop is clean, the cut was on point, and they really take their time to make sure you leave looking sharp. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.

The best barber in town! My husband loves getting his haircut here and refuses to go anywhere else - not only is the barber very talented, the shop is very clean and the services are very professional. I took my brother there as well when he was visiting from out of town, and now he exclusively waits till he’s in Austin to get his hair cut at Sam’s barbershop as well. Highly recommend this barbershop 10/10.
Loved my experience at this barber lounge. As a woman, I felt totally comfortable and welcomed, and my cut came out exactly how I wanted—clean, stylish, and flattering. The barbers are professional, detail-oriented, and easy to talk to. Definitely a 5-star spot I’ll be coming back to.

I had a very disappointing experience. I called around 10:00 AM to schedule an appointment and spoke with a woman who offered me two available time slots (11:00 AM and 4:00 PM) with a specific barber I requested. I chose the 4:00 PM appointment. However, when I arrived at 4:00 PM, I was told that the barber I booked with no longer works there. This was very frustrating, especially since I had specifically asked for that barber when scheduling. I was then told they only found out after my call earlier that day.
