I was so excited to finally try this super cool and fun experience. I passed months ago and they were closed. They have a variety of freshly baked cookies with hand made and unique ice cream flavors. You can mix match the top and bottom cookies along with an enormous scoop of ice cream. I can’t wait to go back, and there is also a location here in Austin.
Stopped by this ice cream shop and honestly had the BEST experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I jokingly asked one of the guys making my cone if he could shape it into a rose—just to test his skills—and he actually did it… perfectly! 🌹🍦 I was so impressed, and honestly, everyone around us was too. It turned into such a fun little moment. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the creativity and positive energy from the team made it even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

The girls working were amazing and helpful. I got the bear bowl, hot cookie and ice cream. Sat outside and enjoyed it on a sunny day. Great place, great staff and amazing environment to chill out and relax. Stay awesome Baked Bear.
I walked in The Baked Bear early afternoon on the 3.24.2026 wanting a cookie....a real good cookie. But as I approached, the signage screamed Ice Cream, no mention of cookies...but the sign said baked! So I went in and was greeted by Karli. I quickly told her I had no clue what I wanted as I gazed at what seemed like hundreds of cookie choices but was only 10-12. They all smelled good and looked good. Karli was both patient and informative and guided me to my 4 selections---they didn't survive the trip home. Cinnamon toast crunch, Cookie monster, Funfetti and Nutella chocolate chunk. Summary - Karli was absolutely gracious and fantastic to work with. The cookies are to die for, all soft and melt in your mouth delicious. Each had its on flavor burst in your mouth and each leaves you wanting to try more. The good thing, this is a I can't go wrong with any decision. I frequent downtown more often and now I have a new guilty place to stop. No real good pics of the brownie (Karli's favorite)....it just looked like it would send me over the top with goodness!!

Finally an ice cream shop that a makes their own ice cream that isnt soft serve. Applause! Went there yesterday 11Mar26 Young lady workin kicked ass. Had the Cookie monster/Buttered Cake Cookies with Mud Pie ice cream.....W👀W.....your sweet tooth shall be satisfied and then some. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP, NOT EVER. Now, when you step outside to eat your lovliness, notice the JAWAI THAI spot you shoud have JUST come from dinner to where you are eating your ice cream sammy........seriously check out that thai food👍 its da bomb diggity
Always drove by curious about this place. Luckily, was able to try it on their free scoop day and I was impressed on the flavors! So good. We tried the s’mores ice cream and blackberry crumble. My bf and I both agreed to definitely come back for our next sweet treat. Thank you!
