I ordered two versions of a halo halo drink. One was a slush form, and the other was a standard milk tea. The flavors were good for both. However, I paid extra to have the ice cream on top and didn't get it. I over heard the worker (possible manager?) mention the drink doesn't have ice cream in it. Regardless, I wasn't told about the discrepancy directly and wasn't refunded for it. Definitely not ok for an employee to recognize that there was an issue and still charge the customer for something they never received. That's not good practice nor training. It's blatantly disrespectful. Outside of that mistake, the drink itself lacked a lot of gusto. It wasn't anything special and overall the experience is lackluster since the order was placed on a kiosk and there wasn't direct interactions between employees and customers.
