We hired this company based on a neighbor’s referral but will not be using them again. No quote was provided in advance, however we were assured our sprinkler head replacement was a simple fix. The final bill was significantly higher than expected. Additionally, the work was not fully completed—our sprinkler was left spraying into the street, and we had to request that someone return to fix as the repair was not completed.
He also agreed to show us how to drain the system ourselves but stopped responding to all messages after payment was received. Mentioned stopping by the house to demo and never stopped by that day. After looking into it further, we found that his previous business name (prior to the recent name change) has similar reviews mentioning lack of upfront quotes and unexpected charges.
I recommend finding a company that provides clear estimates before starting work and follows through on communication.
Best sprinkler vendor in town. Use them anytime our rentals have an issue, best prices, quality and very professional and reliable!

Wow, Texas Sprinkler Landscape (TSL) really knocked it out of the park! Their team’s attention to detail is top-notch. They listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My yard looks amazing now, thanks to their hard work and expertise.

I have been working with Texas Sprinkler and Landscapes for a few years now and have been very pleased with their quality of service and professionalism. As a seasoned gardener, I am intimately familiar with my land and plants and wouldn’t readily hand over the care of my property to just any landscape company. These guys know what they are doing. Whether it’s an irrigation system repair, the planting of a few trees, or a major backyard makeover, I will turn to them for their expertise. They will get the job done right, on time, and within budget.
We have worked with the service for 20 years. They have been wonderful and are a pleasure to work with.
Alfredo charged me $500 for one hour of work to adjust my sprinkler heads to cover the grass better. I couldn't believe how expensive it was but they do the work before they will tell you how much it's going to cost, giving you no choice but to pay his exorbitant price. He said it would keep the grass alive, so I thought it was worth it. Well, it's been 2 weeks since he did the work and the grass is dead. He actually made my system worse. After giving him $500! To top it off, I texted him pictures of the dead grass and he has completely ignored me. This guy doesn't have an ounce of integrity. Don't hire this crook.
My HOA hired Texas Sprinkler and Landscape to do some site preparation for a new basketball court in our common areas. Alfredo was quick to respond and come out for an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable about all things irrigation and landscaping. Alfredo's team was responsible for moving some irrigation valves and lines, relocating existing plants, and removing some trees. All of the work was completed in a timely manner for a good price. We will work with Texas Sprinkler and Landscape again on any future projects.
These guys are great! Fortunately they happened to be available quickly, replaced a couple of bad valves for a reasonable price, gave some good advice. Very professional and friendly. Super glad I found them.
