I really do not know how to start this review, but am going to try. You see, it is because I want to be honest and real! Working as a caregiver/companion for Synergy was the best job I ever had - not military career, hospital administration, or health maintenance records. It was the combination of life experiences and Synergy training Fahad, Sahar and Samantha gave me. They were absolutely the best, patient and very knowledgable! They care about their clients and staff, working all the aspects and ages of caregiving. Fast forwarding, the clients Synergy serves are at different stages of life from babies to seniors. My clients were seniors and on their “good” days I shared in their happiness. On painful or confusing days I showed them respect and dignity. I learned so many daily living things from my clients probably enough to write a book. I miss “tea time” and gardening tips and lots more! I hope they felt the Synergy true love and compassion I tried to impart to them. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. I love and miss every single last person!

Sahar is such a sweet soul, very personable, kind, and genuinely caring. Fahad is a great and selfless leader, always approachable and committed to the well-being of both staff and clients. The team never fails to acknowledge hard work, offering positive feedback and encouragement that makes you feel appreciated and motivated. Every day with this team was a positive experience, filled with clear guidance, open communication, and collaboration that made me feel supported every step of the way. I have used the transportation from Synergy home care in June and July 2026 and found the staff (Sam and Madeline) to be prompt, professional and reliable. I had a last minute request for appointment and they were able to accomodate me with under 24 hours notice. I am very grateful and appreciate the service, for without them, i would not be able to receive the care that i need to be healthy again. I can highly recommend this company to my friends and family in the future for transportation needs!

We hired Synergy Home Care to provide support for my Mom who has Parkinson’s Disease and Lewy Body Dementia. As her disease has progressed, they've become invaluable. We have increased her services over the past couple of years, and Synergy has always been able to expand to meet her needs. The team genuinely cares about her and treats her with respect and kindness. We are so grateful to be working with them.

The good and hard-working folks at Synergy help my mom and make her life better, putting her mind at ease, helping her focus, scheduling her activities and keeping her company. They bring me peace of mind through their availability and teamwork, and my mom always looks forward to their visits. It's really not easy providing senior care (if you know, you know) and they have overcome obstacles while remaining kind and compassionate.

I love the assistance the people from this company sent to help me. First pf all, I had a procedure done in the doctor's office and needed someone to be there and drive me home. Secondly. I had knee replacement surgery and the person they sent, for each day, was so nice and helpful! I would use them again in a heartbeat.
