Everyone was Professional and Friendly. Not gonna lie but stuff like this gives a girl anxiety but the whole process went smooth.. From my first call to receiving detailed receipt via email. The receipt even came with pictures, a reminder to keep water heater maintained. Noted.. Lorenzo explained everything he was going to do and afterwards explained all that he did and the price I was quoted from the start is what I was charged.. No complaints here. Thank you so much..

My water heater had a leak and Spot on plumbing came out within an hour of my call. I received amazing service and communication from Scott, Amy and Matt. I ended up getting a new water heater and am very pleased with the service I received. Price was also very reasonable considering how quickly they were able to get me taken care of.

I called at 3pm, they were onsite at 9am the next day. Nate and Gio were outstanding. Sourced the leak immediately and had it fully repaired and done in less than 3 hours. They helped with some exterior faucet repairs on the spot. Referred Brandon with AllDone for restoration. Highly recommend!
