This spa has changed so much over the past 2 years…but not in a good way. Turnover is high (when you go to book with your favorite person and they have left) or they tell you they are leaving soon. 🤦♀️ So new staff is quite young and inexperienced and you can tell. You pay a lot of money for these services and to get less than treatment is frustrating. The front desk girls need some hardcore training in customer service, professionalism and how to use a computer. Getting something booked is like pulling teeth and debating with them on treatments should never happen. Why do I know more about your services than you do?
