The lady's here are absolutely amazing and extremely welcoming. They ask if you would like a drink as soon as you arrive. You might wait for possibly 10 minutes. While your back in the she is very knowledgeable and tries to help with all your concerning areas and comes up with a plan and payment options. I 💯 would recommend my family and friends here. Thank you for everything ya'll do. We all appreciate you very much
Best medical spa ever!!! The atmosphere is amazing . The Aurora team is truly a team that’s focused on their customers needs and wants. Each team member is in sync with the other and operate for the best of all customers. I love the advice and techniques used to get my skin to be the best it can be ! Candace never lets me do too much and gives the best advice on a natural look. I would go anywhere else !
I’ve been going to Aurora Med Spa for nearly two years now, and every experience has been better than the last. From the moment I walk in, I’m welcomed by the staff. Whether it’s Maddie (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) or anyone else at the front desk, they recognize me and immediately put me at ease. It can feel a bit awkward as a guy going to a med spa, but I’ve never once felt uncomfortable here; this team does a great job creating a welcoming, professional environment. I’ve personally worked with Brandi and Ashlea. They are both are outstanding, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Based on the level of professionalism and consistency I’ve seen across the entire team, I’d feel confident working with any of the providers. It’s clear Aurora hires the best of the best. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.
My 4th facial with Erica at Aurora, she is AWESOME! I had the Diamond Glow facial done, my skin looks rejuvenated and moisturized. Highly recommend going to Erica, she is great with skin care recommendations and takes the time to discuss my concerns and makes a plan for treatment.
I have been visiting Aurora for 2 years, the ladies there are so friendly, attentive and kind. I feel welcome and heard. They listen to my concerns and don’t try to sell me what my skin still doesn’t need.
This was my first experience at a spa and I am already scheduled for a second appointment. The front staff couldn’t have been more polite. Maira did my glow up and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She explained things and was beyond kind! Looking forward to my next appointment!
Love this place. Love their skin care club. People are so professional and I never feel pressured. I’ve had several facial procedures with Moira and great experience. Highly recommend her and just had Amanda for some juvederm. Very gentle.
