Bob and his crew at Southwestern Heating and Air Conditioning Inc have been taking care of our heating and air conditioning needs for 20 years +/-. We have never had a negative experience. They have always been prompt, courteous, friendly, respectful, professional, and fair in their pricing. Never have we had a complaint about them. They take the time to educate you as they do their work and explain what needs to be done and why. There have been times when I feared the worse only to find out that a quick, simple (for them) and inexpensive repair was all that was needed as was the case last week. Integrity and honesty best define Bob and his crew.
We started using Southwestern several years ago somewhat accidentally. It was a 110 degree day and our system wasn't cooling. We had very young children and we called several other companies that couldn't come out. Southwestern did come out and made a repair pretty inexpensively when they could have easily charged way more. We've continued using them and are always impressed. Their techs are always on time, professional, kind and do a good job. Haven't left a review until now but if you are looking for a good, honest company, this is a good one.
VERY quick response times. Honest, Friendly service, $$ was very reasonable, and repairs were done quicker than I could have hoped for. Have used them multiple times and their number is saved in my phone as "our ac / heat repair guys". Definitely recommend.
