Our family has been under their care for a while now. We like Dr. Redi. She's very friendly and professional on taking care of us. All her staff is very nice and professional.

I've been to Dr. Reddy before so I called Thursday 4/23 to book a cleaning, and more urgently, due experiencing pain. Receptionist said she's booked until June for cleaning, which is fine. I asked if I could get in sooner just to check out the pain. She put me on a cancellation list and I either got disconnected or was hung up on. So I called another dentist and they can get me in Monday. I probably won't be back.

I’ve been going to SmileWell Dental in Round Rock for years, and Dr. Praneetha Vallamreddy has consistently provided excellent care. The staff is friendly and professional, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend

I had a very successful visit with Dr. Reddy at Smile well dental. she explained things very clearly and put it in terms that i could understand. she is so proficient and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly staff, very clean environment and would recommend this facility for entire family.

My kids and I really enjoyed our visit. Going to the dentist can be a little scary for a 5 and 2.5 yr old but they made them so comfortable and had tv’s on the ceiling to keep them entertained. We are very happy to find our now regular dentist just down the street from our home.

Fantastic experience. I get very anxious at the dentist so had avoided going for a long time. Thankfully, my wife found this place and it was great service, friendly staff, and hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I’ll be sticking with them from here on out and actually schedule all my follow ups!
