Sean went above and beyond for my husband and I with the definition of great customer service! Our rv dealership let us know on a Friday after 5 that we'd need an actual binder to take possession of our new rv the next day. As long time State Farm customers we wanted to stay with them, but come to find out their after hours 1-800 service doesn't allow for new rv policies, only auto. I txt Sean off his # listed in the app as a last ditch effort so we didn't have to shop around and lo and behold he called me back shortly after and was able to get us taken care of!
Have known Sean as my agent for a more than a decade working on two...and consider him a friend as well..honest family man...very professional!!

Called to get auto boat and business insurance. Was patient and they honestly act like they could care less if they get my business. Very unfortunate way to treat customers that have been with Statefarm for almost 15 yrs. Good luck guys hope you figure it out.

They do not give change when paying cash I guess it just goes to their pockets for working so hard in a ac building
