Sean went above and beyond for my husband and I with the definition of great customer service! Our rv dealership let us know on a Friday after 5 that we'd need an actual binder to take possession of our new rv the next day. As long time State Farm customers we wanted to stay with them, but come to find out their after hours 1-800 service doesn't allow for new rv policies, only auto. I txt Sean off his # listed in the app as a last ditch effort so we didn't have to shop around and lo and behold he called me back shortly after and was able to get us taken care of!
So nice to have a Real Agent to help with any issues. Most people have a 800 number. No Real Customer Service. Plus I am supporting a local business, as you would be doing. Sean Rocks!
