I first came in contact with Stephanie 3 years ago. She has always been the most courteous and helpful person. She was faithful about calling me every few months to give me a quote on my auto insurance. She deserves all the credit for being tenacious and this last call State Farm's quote was over $400 less than I was getting from my insurance company! I am thankful for her for keeping at it. Now I'm a State Farm customer and all due to her patience and determination to be the best!

I had a bad car wreck. Got hit from behind and pushed into oncoming traffic. My car was totaled. The service I got from Richard and Stephanie was absolutely amazing. They gave me info I needed, the claims process etc. Kudos to State Farm Head office with help regarding my payout for my car. I am still going for physical therapy and hope to be healed physically and emotionally soon!
