Vasti Patino brings excellent knowledge and a cheerful attitude to solving the little problems that beset insurance consumers today. My apartment complex hired a 3rd-party to administer renters insurance requirements, and of course, they changed the name and address of the interested parties clause. Vasti took care of these changes in less than five minutes, and emailed me the documents to prove it. I had a bad car wreck. Got hit from behind and pushed into oncoming traffic. My car was totaled. The service I got from Richard and Stephanie was absolutely amazing. They gave me info I needed, the claims process etc. Kudos to State Farm Head office with help regarding my payout for my car. I am still going for physical therapy and hope to be healed physically and emotionally soon!
I first came in contact with Stephanie 3 years ago. She has always been the most courteous and helpful person. She was faithful about calling me every few months to give me a quote on my auto insurance. She deserves all the credit for being tenacious and this last call State Farm's quote was over $400 less than I was getting from my insurance company! I am thankful for her for keeping at it.
