I’ve had a great experience working with Andrew to move my business insurance over. After issues with my previous broker, I didn’t expect much—but Andrew and his team completely changed that. He’s been responsive, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. Even when he wasn’t available, someone else stepped in quickly to help. I requested several quote changes, and everything was handled promptly, with clear explanations each time. Working with Sam Buentello Insurance Agency has been a breath of fresh air. I never feel like I’m bothering them, and I trust that anything I need will be handled quickly and correctly. I’ve already referred them to others and will continue to do so.
