Setting my appointment was easy and seamless. The issue came with the actual finished product of my hair. I went on a Saturday and on Sunday my hair was already unraveling. I booked senagaleae twists. I paid $30 for the appt and paid $260 after. She kept the change and didn't offer it back so I just let her keep it as tip because she was friendly. She completed my hair in about 3 hours maybe less and it seemed pretty quick but I didn't really push that because I didn't think my hair would be bad.She was rushing due to she had her child there and didn't have anyone to watch him so she wanted to get done quick. When asked after she had did maybe one or two rows if I could have my ends curled she said it was too late. I thought that sounded wrong but let it be. The twists are all different lengths, and the parts are too spaced out/big. When I had someone look at my hair to attempt to retwist the the ones that unraveled I was told she used the wrong type of hair. I didn't see the issue when I left due to she had put it up in a bun and it looked cute up but when I took it down the next day is when I saw the issues. I messaged her letting her know I wasn't satisfied and she offered to fix it. I wasn't able to go in due to work and leaving for vacation that week. I feel like at that point I should have been offered some type of refund even if it was partial. I also didn't see how it could have been fixed without redoing my entire head, it was that bad. Overall I won't be going back and I will caution if you are getting any type of twists to make sure the correct type of hair is being used.

Annette is amazing! I booked online and got in quickly. She did my boho braids in just 4 hours (normally takes 6+) and the quality was excellent. 🤩 Annette is professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back! 💫

got french braids done and they look great ! keep getting compliments on how neat they are, it also went by pretty quickly, i have alot of thick hair and for most it can take up to 10 hrs to finish my hair but she finished in about 6!

I absolutely love my braids. I picked the salon from a Google search. Truly, I was not expecting to have a response so quickly specially on a Sunday. Annette was extremely friendly, caring and did an amazing job. Love everything about it. I will be a never go anywhere else. Her prices are low for the quality of her work. Do NOT go anywhere else.

I absolutely loved my hair! The first time I came Annette was very professional and my twist came out absolutely beautiful! I had to come back for a yet another braid style this time I got medium knotless braids with highlights it is absolutely gorgeous. I will continue going to Annette for anytime I need any type of braid service she is the best! Professional clean environment!!!
