THIS GUY IS A TOTAL CREEP. My experience with Rock Chiropractic was awful from start to finish. I went in after a car accident expecting professional care, and instead left feeling worse, uncomfortable, and completely let down. The behavior I experienced from Dr. Paul felt highly unprofessional. There were repeated comments that came across as flirtatious and inappropriate, which made me uncomfortable every time I was there. Referring to my baby as “baby rock” during my pregnancy was especially unsettling and crossed a line in what should be a professional medical environment. The office itself felt chaotic and poorly run. In a very short period of time, 3–4 different staff members came and went—it felt like someone new every visit. That kind of constant turnover does not inspire confidence and made it impossible to feel cared for. The condition of the building only made things worse. In my experience, it felt run down and neglected—the roof was leaking during my first appointment, and the AC didn’t seem to work the entire time I was being treated. It did not feel like a clean or professional space. I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and not taken seriously throughout my care. This was not a professional experience in my opinion, and I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
