I visited this chiropractic clinic for neck sprain and shoulder pain (non-accident related and self-pay, no insurance involved). The initial consultation was fine and the doctor recommended a treatment plan of 12 sessions (8 sessions in the first month and 4 sessions in the second month). The pricing discussed was $129 for the first month and $79 for the second month, which initially seemed reasonable based on the suggested care plan. However, during the discussion, I was informed that the clinic requires a mandatory three-month subscription model. This meant an additional $79 for a third month, even though the treatment plan itself was outlined for only two months. What felt confusing was the mismatch between the doctor’s recommended treatment duration and the clinic’s subscription structure. If I chose not to continue with the third month, the per-session cost would increase significantly, which made the decision feel less flexible than expected. Overall, I felt the care recommendation and billing structure were not fully aligned, and the payment model felt restrictive for a self-pay patient. I hope the clinic considers offering clearer, more flexible options that better match the recommended treatment plans in the future.

What happened to Dr Beard at the Round rock university location? I have not seen him on the app in forever! When you find a doctor that has his experience and the way he cares for his patients, you need to hang on to them! If he is gone, that’s a real shame. Not all chiropractors are the same and in my experience, not all chiropractors can adjust me. When you find one that can adjust all people and cares about his patients you need to hang on to them. GET HIM BACK!!!
Carmen at the Front desk was helpful and sweet. I left feeling way better after my adjustment. Dr Esparza gave her upmost attention to my concerns regarding my issues and shared with me exercises that may help me.

Good—until it’s not. If you position yourself as a walk-in service, you should actually provide walk-in service. I understand that doctors need lunch breaks. Then create a schedule and have them work in shifts. It’s very disappointing to come to the office, check in through the app, and then be told to come back after 2:45. Also, please hire a human receptionist. The one working on April 13 at 1:15 PM responds to people like a AI—completely unhelpful.
**UPDATE* As of April 7, 2026 Now they have "banned"" me from all locations saying I was hostile and because I threatened legal action. I told them after multiple emails that they refused to answer that I would take the documents to them and could discuss it face to face. Now, my daughter is going to see a back specialist Thursday, she has to go on homebound now, can barely walk, and her MRI shows facet syndrome, which btw at her age can be caused by improper chiropractic care. Dr. Danny you are a fraud and I'm going to make sure you never touch another person again! Greg Flores got caught in a lie. I requested the medical records but they are the same as the visit notes. I was told that scoliosis was in her medical records but it's the same thing I recieved from the visit notes. Looked thru the visit notes and it never said we were there for scoliosis. Talked to the manager and he said it's on her medical record and the doctors would have seen that, I'm like then why didn't you just scoliosis in the visit notes. I have sent the release form and waiting to recieve the medical records. I called him out that we never said low back pain, that we were there for scoliosis. My daughter had no pain, we were looking to continue chiropractor care after moving back. He repeated the same thing, got and attitude, so naturally I got one back. I told him you are lying for your company and making it look more and more like a scam. My daughter can't even stand up for 2 hours without being in pain. She was never like this prior to the joint! And my daughter was in such bad pain we went to the ER Tues night 3/17. MY DAUGHTER IS SCHEDULED TO GET AN MRI NOW, SHE IS STILL IN PAIN WITH SLIGHT RELIEF FROM THE NEW CHIRO SHE IS SEEING. AND I AM REPORTING DR. DANNY AND THE JOINT FOR INVESTIGATION TO THE BOARD OF CHIROPRACTICS. MY DAUGHTER DIDNT GO DOWNHILL UNTIL THE LAST 4 ADJUSTMENTS SHE HAD WITH DR. DANNY. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOU! I SPOKE TO A GREG FLORES AND SAID THEY REFUNDED ME FOR THE ONE MONTH I WASNT HAPPY WITH. I TOLD THEM I WANTED A REFUND FOR 7 MONTHS OF CARE MY DAUGHTER HAD, SHE JUST WENT DOWNHILL IN THE KAST 4 WEEKS. SHES STILL CANT GO TO SCHOOL. THEY ARE A SCAM AND IM GOING TO FILING A LAWSUIT. YALL SHOULD HE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, HURTING PEOPLE FOR MONEY. SHAKE ON YOU!! IVE BEEN COLLECTING EVIDENCE, ALSO REVIEWS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS WHERE PEOPLE WERE BADLY DAMAGED AS WELL FROM THE AGGRESSIVE, QUICK MANIPULATIONS THEY DO TO GET PEOPLE IN AND OUT. IM.NOT LETTING THIS GO! JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED If you or your child has scoliosis, I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. They told me they could help, but after about 6 months of weekly treatments, she has slowly declined and now is in a lot of pain, she's 15yo and I'm constant pain. I found her new chiropractor, that does take insurance, including Medicaid and he has starting helping her and agreed this place messed her up. I went once and was also in pain after one adjustment. It may work for others, but if you have scoliosis, please go to a different chiropractor. It's very rushed, and while all the folks there are nice and kind, it's just not for us. One doctor had called when I cancelled asking of it's something they had done, I told her possibly, my daughter's last few adjustments with another chiropractor at the joint, Dr. Danney, and that's when she began to go downhill. I don't know of it was him, or just my babies back, but they don't take time feeling around to see what's off and adjust that, they just pop what the client tells them to and move on to the next. If you need a good snap, crackle,.pop, this is the place, if you need more care, please go somewhere else, you may be doing your back more harm than good.
