I contacted Revive/Justin mid-morning on a Friday before Super Bowl Sunday. I had some grounding issues involving several electrical outlets that needed to be troubleshooted ASAP. I had a full schedule that day, but I mentioned I could meet someone at 1:00 P.M. that day if they had someone available. Justin quickly confirmed that he could have someone there by then. Justin ended up sending out Josh to investigate and resolve the issue. First of all, Josh is first-rate! He was punctual, extremely professional and courteous, and took the time to explain his planned troubleshooting steps and he checked in to provide periodic progress updates along the way. Justin provided lightning-quick services and OUTSTANDING pricing! Nowadays, it's VERY hard to find great reliable customer service, especially on short notice—same day!

I had a really wonderful experience with Justin and Revive Electrical regarding issues with several bathroom outlets in a rental property I own in Round Rock. Since I live out of state myself, it is not always easy to find honest, knowledgeable professionals. Justin is just that! I spoke with him over the phone and told him the issues at hand, year the home was built etc. He immediately seemed to know what the issue was and walked me through how to possibly resolve it. I was then able to relay this information to my tenants and the issue way fixed! Justin saved me a work order call and a few hundred dollars.
