Reserve at Round Rock

One of the best places for my parents. Last week, we were truly impressed by the hospitality of the management and staff. They did an excellent job during the tour, and we especially appreciated the personality, interaction, and welcoming smile of the leasing agent. They made us feel comfortable and valued from the very first moment. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very inviting. We are planning to rent here in July and are hopeful that this will be a very happy and comfortable new chapter for my parents. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and warm welcome.

I was curious about living options at my age and stopped by the Reserve at Round Rock. Carrie Long explained everything I needed to know and showed me what the Reserve had to offer. I was very impressed with the rooms and all the activities that were available for someone my age. Carrie even introduced me to some of the residents whom were very nice and cordial. I am definitely considering the Reserve as a possible permanent residence for myself. Thanks Carrie! You were awesome! 🤩

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The staff here go above and beyond making you feel at home. The office staff is very helpful and is very loving. Ciarra and Eleanor are always smiling and asking how they can continue to help. The maintenance staff are all hard working and asking if they can assist with items you are bringing into the building and up to your apartment. Everyone that live here also seem to be very special.

I have had many experiences with other management staff at other 55+ communities but I have to say The Reserve stands tall above all of them. The staff out shines any staff i have ever dealt with...they are the friendliest and most helpful. The maintenance guys will go out of their way to accommodate you in getting your work orders completed as soon as possible and with a smile! I have to say that unless The Reserve just kicks me out, I will never leave here if I can help it!

Meco in maintance and Mathew Campus Executive Director are the reason for living here. They well always make time for you. Their is a special staff of people working here.
