When I first walked into Rabbit Coffee I immediately felt the chill vibe I needed after hours of work. The atmosphere was relaxing with a nice view of the outside patio. Agnes was very welcoming and open to talking about her journey to her new location. I love supporting local businesses and because of the kind of warrior Agnes has been, championing her business to where it is today, she has my support indefinitely! Of course, the coffee hit exactly like I wanted. Agnes knew just the right amount of ingredients to suit my tastes just by asking me a few questions. The aroma was delicious and the brew itself was heartwarming. I definitely recommend stopping by to see Rabbit Coffee next time you need a morning pick-me-up or when you need a place to wind down!

Wonderful service, vibe, decorations, and of course the coffee! I’ve never had pistachio coffee, but I really liked the pistachio latte. We will for sure be visiting again.

Well, I found yet another great cafe at Old Taylor High just a few blocks from my home. Taylor has some good coffee shops, and I'll add Rabbit Coffee Co to the hot list. Agnes the owner greeted me with a pleasant hello and made me a first cuppa French-Columbian fresh grind drip coffee with a bold smooth flavor. The cafe was clean, bright with ambient light, air-cooled, and filled with soft jazz piano vibes and several micro galleries of local artists (some good paintings there)--but coffee shops are mostly about good java, and this place has it. The drip coffee is a good sign, and Agnes's refill policy is reasonable and appreciated for a guy to just sit and ponder and scribble in his notebook for a while with no rush. And after a second cuppa, she made a delicious tall-boy cortado that added just enough jet fuel to my day to lift off in my F-14 from the aircraft-carrier deck of Old Taylor High. I recommend you check it out. You'll come back for more joe. Yes.

I truly enjoyed getting to support this new local business in the community, and a new chamber member! We’re so happy to have you here and look forward to watching your success!
