Went last weekend to ask for a brow wax, walked in and they just looked at me. A guy was doing hair and a woman was just sitting on her phone doing nothing. Environment felt unwelcoming. Won’t be returning.
Hours of operation incorrect, was closed when tried to in to get a quick manicure shop was closed before 6:30.
These guys were so sweet and amazing! I came over to them from Moderna nail salon where the guy was so rough he cut my toe with the instrument and caused bleeding. My toe was still bleeding a little when I got there so I ended up having to cancel but these guys were so sweet as they sprayed alcohol on my feet and peroxide as well as bandage it up. Extremely clean place! As a Registered Nurse i surely know where Infections of the foot can lead if not sanitized properly and these guys are amazing!
I decided to try out this place because it’s close to my home. I went to do a pedicure package with scrubbing and paraffin wax. The nails were shaped crookedly and painted on the cuticle. When I told the technician, he was rude about it. He made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay and proceeded to tell me ‘you can go’ even before my nails were dry. It was just me and one other person left in the store.
Let’s not forget about our local nail salons before all the new ones came in town. It was so peaceful I enjoyed a pedicure JT did an amazing job so I decided to get a new set and to be honest with you I’m more of the old school nail shapes he did amazing on both. Happy client here! My daughter and I just came from getting our nails done. They were sloppy with the nail painting and when we tried to explain it to them, they didn’t understand. No argument, just knew we weren’t coming back. We use to come here a while ago. Not sure if it’s under new management or what but I wouldn’t refer anyone to get their nails done here.
