I had my first visit with Pride Family Medical yesterday and have to admit I was blown away. This is definitely not your typical medical production line - every single person at the facility that I worked with was extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly - human. It was like being treated by people you've known for a long time. Not only did we have conversations about medical matters, we talked about ourselves and our lives. Connections were made. Pride Family Medical was able to consolidate my medical care in such a way that I now can avoid having to go to appointments at four separate medical facilities - they can handle everything at their location. Super convenient and saves a lot of money! i feel like I've found my medical nirvana! I wish I could give more stars!

This place is completely a no judgement zone! I’ve seen multiple LGBT community people of all races enter this facility and SURAJAN PANDAY is a great provider! I have been looking for a primary care physician for a very long time and I finally found one. Overall every employee I encounter at this place has great customer service. There was never an appointment time I scheduled where there was a wait time. I was always brought to the back at my time or before. Surajan listens to every concern I have no matter how small or big it is. Your health is very important to Surajan. If he determines a health related problem that are not his services he will go above and beyond to locate the correct physician to help you. I’m extremely happy to have Surajan as my provider. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Also everytime time I message Surajan on the patient portal he always responds within 24 hours.

Amazing and friendly staff/providers! Always a welcoming atmosphere, from the moment I step into the facility until I leave. Inclusive environment and a safe place for my whole family. Highly recommend! 10/10!

I wanted to say more but its too hard to describe properly so ill just say the level of empathy and emotional intelligence shown by my doctor changed my life a little. I feel quite blessed to have such a rare and special resource in our community.

As someone with a long history of bad medical experiences, hearing music in the patient room + being told exactly what they're going to do or talk about before they do it was the most reassuring experience I've ever had. Don't hesitate calling this place to schedule an appointment, no matter what you have going on physically or mentally.

Dr. Behm is truly astonishing - an amazing and incredibly intelligent physician. There are hardly words to fully express my experience during my visit with her. She has a rare presence: A radiant compassion and genuine care for her patients that is extra extraordinary. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. For years, I struggled to get a clear answer about what my body was going through, even after many doctor visits, including during my time as a veteran in the military. Dr Behm, took the time to listen deeply and explain things in a way that finally made sense. Because of her, I was able to find answers I have been searching for for so long. I walked in feeling nervous, expecting to hear the same routine response I’ve heard before - but this experience was completely different. Her attentiveness, compassion, and ability to truly listen are phenomenal. The staff were just impressive-kind, welcoming, and friendly.
